Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime! Simply visit your Billing page and click the 'Cancel plan' button to unsubscribe. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t lose any Credits even after canceling.

Can I get free Credits?

Yes, you can get free Credits! When you sign up, you automatically receive a few free Credits to get started. To earn more, you can refer others using your unique referral code. Additionally, we run special promotions offering discounts and free Credits—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on these exclusive offers!

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, we do have a refund policy. If you haven't used any of the purchased Credits, we can refund the full purchase price. However, if you’ve used some of the Credits and are not satisfied with the results, please contact us, and we’ll review your case to see if we can return some of the used Credits. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a monetary refund if any of the Credits have been used. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Agreements.

What are Credits and How Do They Work?

In TensorPix, Credits are the currency used within our web app to perform various actions, such as enhancing videos and images. The number of Credits needed for each enhancement depends on several factors, including the source resolution, framerate, and duration of the file.

To make it easy, our in-app calculator will always show you the exact number of Credits required to enhance a file before you begin the process. Each month, you receive a new set of Credits based on your subscription plan, and any unused Credits will roll over to the next month, remaining valid for up to one year after purchase.

Additionally, we offer a Free Preview option for videos, allowing you to run enhancements at no cost. The Free Preview generates a short, watermarked sample of the enhanced video so you can see what the final result will look like before spending any Credits.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit or debit cards through Stripe, as well as through PayPal. Both Stripe and PayPal are reputable payment providers with high security standards, ensuring that your transactions are safe and secure.
